2. Configuration

Set up Skytower to match your exact operational requirements. Using your administrator account, you’ll configure everything - team profiles, operations data, board layout, and locally based aircraft. A Skyverse specialist will guide you through this quick and collaborative setup, typically completed in under 3 hours. As your operation evolves, updating settings is simple and entirely in your hands.
3. Hardware installation

Skytower runs on any modern computer and browser. You’re free to choose the setup that suit your workspace. Most airports prefer fast & responsive touch screens that make traffic management intuitive and engaging. Need support? We're happy to recommend or supply the ideal hardware for your needs.
4. Training
3 hours per person
Skytower has been designed, tested and refined with Air Traffic Controllers across a diverse range of operations. To ensure a smooth transition, we offer a comprehensive training session simulating a full operational day. Trainees can also log in and explore the system independently, building confidence at their own pace.
5. Practice
4 hours per person
Many users practice with Skytower alongside live operations. Most feel proficient after about 4 hours of shadowing during moderately busy traffic levels.
6. Launch
When everyone’s ready, it’s time to ditch the paper and start enjoying the benefits of Skytower. For extra confidence, customers generally launch on quiet days. We at Skyverse are delighted to join the aerodrome as they go-live.
